Contact Us
The
DeBrota Law Firm LLC offers a variety of legal services from telephone
consultation to litigation representation. Due to the high volume
of inquiries we receive, we can not respond to telephone inquiries
from individuals who have not submitted one of the questionnaires
below.
Ms. DeBrota personally reviews all of the questionnaires submitted.
However, she does not provide free legal advice or consultations
based upon the submission of a free email review questionnaire.
Rather, she will review your questionnaire and determine whether
you have a viable legal claim with which she can assist you. If
more information is needed to make this determination, someone from
The DeBrota Law Firm LLC will contact you to obtain the needed information.
If you would like information about Indiana and federal employment
laws, please visit the Employment
Discrimination, Unpaid Wages/Overtime

the forms for available consultations and services.
Free Email Initial Case Review
If you would like a free review of your employment situation,
please complete and submit our
Free Email Initial Case Review form or click
here to download a form to print, complete and return to us.
We will contact you within one to two business days, if we believe
you may have a viable legal claim against your current or former
employer. The DeBrota Law Firm LLC accepts select legal claims
for representation, on a retainer plus contingency basis. Due
to the large volume of initial review requests we receive, we
can not always respond to all email contacts. Ms. DeBrota only
represents employees in litigation, accepts a relatively small
number of meritorious cases and only takes those which are not
likely to be resolved through mediation. Litigation representation will only occur when a written representation agreement is signed by you and Ms. DeBrota. If you are interested
in information about mediation services, please scroll
down further for the appropriate form and do not submit the
Free Email Initial Case Review form.
Telephone Consultation
Sometimes, free advice is worth exactly what you pay for it. If
you would like a telephone consultation with Ms. DeBrota for up
to one hour, please complete and submit
our Telephone Consultation form. Ms. DeBrota will review the
information and contact you within one to two business days to
schedule a telephone consultation appointment. The charge for
a telephone consultation is $250. In office consultations are also available for an hourly rate fee, based upon the length of the meeting. If you need to submit more than twenty pages of documentation for Ms. DeBrota’s review, please complete the Document Review and Consultation form.
Document Review and Consultation
It is wise to consult an attorney before signing a severance package,
non-compete agreement, employment contract or other similar legal
document. A review and consulation regarding the legal implications
of various different kinds of documents will allow you to make
an informed decision regarding your options and any potential
legal consequences. If you would like a document review and consultation,
please complete our Document
Review and Consulation form and fax (888-273-1326). Within one to two business
days, Ms. DeBrota will review your form and the documents in question
and contact you to schedule a telephone consultation, for up to
one hour. The Document Review and Consultation fee is $400. In office consultations are also available for an hourly rate fee, based upon the length of the meeting.
Employment Dispute Mediation Request
If you are an employee experiencing a problem on the job, or if
you are an employer with an employee who has raised issues which
could potentially lead to litigation, it is usually best for everyone
concerned to try to work out a mutually acceptable solution. If
you would like to try to avoid litigation by participating in
mediation, please complete
our Employment Dispute Mediation Request form and submit it
to Ms. DeBrota. The fee for mediation services is $150 per hour.
Typically, the cost of mediation is split by the participants.
Human Resources Legal Counsel
If you are an employer who would like to improve your employment
policies and procedures, help your workplace run more smoothly,
retain good employees and decrease the likelihood of distruption
from employment related litigation, complete and submit
a Human Resources Counsel form. Depending upon the nature
