 Our Philosophy
Amy Ficklin DeBrota, lawyer, wife and mother of two, established The DeBrota Law Firm LLC in 2006 with the philosophy that the concepts of quality legal work and quality of life are not mutually exclusive. The firm uses the latest technology in order to operate a law practice that is primarily internet based and nearly "paperless." This allows us to work flexible schedules from a variety of locations. This translates into a more enjoyable professional and personal experience for us and better legal and mediation services for our clients. Ms. DeBrota’s practice focuses on representing individuals, multiple employees and small to medium sized businesses in litigation, providing neutral employment dispute mediation services and advising companies on how to improve their human resources policies and procedures in order to reduce the likelihood of employment related litigation. The firm operates a statewide practice across Indiana.
